All prices are in US Dollars. Unless otherwise noted all weights are shipping weights. For pricing information, other than that posted on the product pages, e-mail us at: sales@acrylicideas.com, provide us with a part number and any changes you may wish. We will then quote you a price, FOB the factory. Note, that all pieces are built to order. Most orders can be shipped within three to four weeks of receipt of payment.

TERMS:

Most major credit cards thru Pay Pal. The customer has 48 hours in which to cancel their order with no charges. As all pieces are custom built, any cancellations after this point, will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge. This is due the factory making a commitment to build the piece. Dealer accounts are available upon request.

WARRANTY:

Acrylic Ideas warrants that its products will be free from defects of workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Acrylic Ideas' obligation to repair or replace, at Acrylic Ideas' option, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

SHIPPING:

A credit of up to $375 will be applied to freight charges, on orders of over $6,000 (US) to destinations in Canada and the continental USA.(This credit will not be reflected on your order. A credit will be manually issued after receiving the order, but before we ship.) Insurance will be included with all freight quotes. Canadian customers are reminded that applicable taxes are included in the quoted shipping costs.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:

All merchandise is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. Responsibility is assumed by purchaser upon delivery by us to the carrier. If shortage or damage occurs in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the carrier. Acrylic Ideas will cooperate fully with the purchaser on any claim filed. Concealed damages must be reported, to the carrier, within 72 hours.

RETURNS:

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization. Freight charges must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There will be a minimum 50% restocking charge on all returns.
