SHIPPING: |
A credit of up to $375 will be applied to freight charges, on orders of over $6,000 (US) to destinations in Canada and the continental USA. Insurance will be included with all freight quotes. |
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES: |
All merchandise is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. Responsibility is assumed by purchaser upon delivery by us to the carrier. If shortage or damage occurs in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the carrier. Acrylic Ideas will cooperate fully with the purchaser on any claim filed. Concealed damages must be reported, to the carrier, within 72 hours. |
RETURNS: |
No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization. Freight charges must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There will be a minimum 50% restocking charge on all returns. |
